How do we
pay for the bookings?
All bookings are made in your
names. Aisle Do will check every invoice
before we advise you to pay the suppliers.
You can chose to make your payments
direct to the supplier or alternatively
you can send one payment to ourselves
and we will pay each supplier for
you and forward a receipt to you for
each payment made.
How are you
different to the wedding co-ordinators
offered at some venues?
Wedding co-ordinators provided
at venues are employed to sell the
benefits of that venue and they will
ensure that arrangements there run
smoothly, most will not attend on
your wedding day but should have ensured
the correct staffing numbers, table
numbers, dietary requests for your
celebration are met. Venue wedding
co-ordinators will not get involved
in negotiation of costs or any other
aspect of your wedding preparations.
Can
you help plan a wedding outside of
South and West Wales?
Our specialist knowledge is
of South and West Wales however if
we believe we can offer the same high
level of service elsewhere we will
certainly help. Where we know Aisle
Do can't meet those standards
we will try our best to put you in
touch with an alternative wedding
planner service.
Can you help with wedding invitations?
Aisle Do is able to organise your invitation writing and mailing. We collate the replies from your guests and regularly forward you the information on those who have accepted, declined or are yet to reply.
